For Children, Teens, and Families
A Supportive Space for Neurodivergent Children, Teens, and Their Families
In our sessions, we create a compassionate, sensory-aware space where children, teens, and families can explore connection, emotions, and communication. Whether you're a parent navigating meltdowns or a child learning to process big feelings, this space honors your unique rhythm, needs, and way of being.
This is a space where:
Family and Child-Centered Support
Our work often begins with co-regulation—learning how to stay emotionally connected and grounded together. Through real-time, body-based practice, we support the nervous system and deepen family connection.
With children and caregivers, we explore:
Co-regulation and nervous system awareness
Emotional literacy and communication tools
Safe, fun rituals of connection
Repairing relational ruptures with empathy
Meeting sensory and emotional needs
Supporting parents with overwhelm or triggers
You’ll gain practical tools to build trust, resilience, and stronger relationships.
Support for Teens and Young Adults
Teens and young adults are often exploring identity, independence, and relationships while navigating their neurodivergence. Our work centers autonomy, consent, and emotional safety as we explore:
Communication and self-awareness
Healthy boundaries and regulation
Authentic connection without masking
Understanding their unique processing style
Sessions are paced flexibly and led with respect for each individual’s experience.
For Adults
Coaching for Intimacy, Sensuality, and Connection
For neurodivergent adults—whether single or partnered—our work can include intimacy, emotional connection, and reclaiming parts of yourself that may have been shamed or misunderstood.
Using the Somatica Method, we explore:
Emotional intimacy and secure attachment
Sexual expression without shame
Boundaries, consent, and erotic communication
Healing after trauma or rejection
Discovering your unique erotic blueprint
Creating relationship models that truly fit you
Sessions include real-time relational practice to help you feel safe, expressed, and connected.
A Trauma-Informed, Sensory-Aware Approach
No matter your age, you’ll be met with care and deep respect for your neurodivergence. This work honors your lived experience, including sensory needs and emotional rhythms.
You’ll learn to:
Trust your nervous system
Communicate with clarity and confidence
Build connection without masking
Create fulfilling relationships on your terms
Growth Through Relationship
Our relationship becomes a space to safely practice new ways of connecting. This work is experiential, not just conceptual.
We practice:
Consent and boundaries
Emotional safety and repair
Pleasure, connection, and attunement
You don't have to change who you are. You get to become more of yourself --in your family, your relationships, and your body.
