What Is Neurodivergent Intimacy Coaching For Adults?


A personalized, somatic (body-based) coaching journey designed specifically for neurodivergent individuals and couples to explore connection, communication, self-expression, and intimacy—without shame, overwhelm, or pressure to conform.

This work honors the unique ways neurodivergent people experience touch, arousal, vulnerability, and emotional safety, offering support that is trauma-informed, consent-based, and paced with your nervous system in mind.

In our attuned, co-regulated container, we’ll co-create a space where you can safely explore how you relate to yourself and others—without pressure to mask or perform. I’ll be gently tracking my own responses and sharing reflections that honor your pace, your nervous system, and your way of processing. Growth here is mutual, emergent, and neurodiversity-affirming.

Whether you’re exploring sensory boundaries, emotional regulation, intimacy, arousal, or vulnerability, we’ll practice in real time—so you can build trust in yourself and your relational skills without shame.

MY COACHING PROGRAM INCLUDES

  • A complimentary Discovery all (schedule HERE…) and debrief session (upon program completion).  *** USE CALENDLY 
  • Zoom coaching sessions (weekly, 2/month or 3/month, with flexibility during travel, etc)
  • Whatsapp, text or email support between sessions (you choose your preference).

  • Up to 2, 15-minute calls/month between sessions to work through realtime challenges you are facing in your dating life/relationship.
