What to Expect in Neurodivergent Coaching
In our attuned, co-regulated container, we’ll co-create a space where you can safely explore how you relate to yourself and others—without pressure to mask or perform. I’ll be gently tracking my own responses and sharing reflections that honor your pace, your nervous system, and your way of processing. Growth here is mutual, emergent, and neurodiversity-affirming.
Learning Through Felt Experience
Traditional talk-based coaching often misses the mark for neurodivergent individuals. That’s why we focus on experiential learning—where your body, emotions, and environment are all part of the conversation.
Whether you’re exploring sensory boundaries, emotional regulation, intimacy, arousal, or vulnerability, we’ll practice in real time—so you can build trust in yourself and your relational skills without shame.
Coaching That Adapts to You
No two brains are wired the same. That’s why I use a flexible, body-centered approach that supports your unique neurotype.
This includes:
Identifying sensory, emotional, and relational needs
Honoring nonverbal communication, pacing, and stimming
Working with trauma through somatic tools that are gentle, optional, and consent-based
Using the Somatica® Method to support authentic expression and emotional safety in intimacy
Whether you’re exploring solo identity or navigating partnership, we’ll focus on what actually works for you—not what’s considered “normal.”
Relational Practice in a Safe Environment
Many neurodivergent people weren’t given safe or supported opportunities to learn how to connect, repair, or co-regulate. Here, we practice those skills together—with warmth, patience, and zero judgment. You’ll receive clear modeling, soft feedback, and space to pause or redirect at any time.
Your differences are not barriers—they’re keys to deeper connection. Let’s unlock them, together.
